BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Hello I my name is Mollie Jo and I have some interesting facts about Honey Bee's to share.

Honey Bee's are the only incets that produce a food that humans eat.

A honey bee's wings stroke 11,000 times per minute.

A colony of honey bees consists of up to 60,000 honey bees and only one queen bee.

In its lifetime a honey bee will make only one twelfth of a teaspoon of honey.

Male honey bees, called Drones, have no stinger.

Honey bees are not aggressive by nature...Only when they feel threatened will they sting.

Hope you enjoyed learning some facts about Honey Bees.

Remember to come back tomorrow. We will have a product review on Heart worm preventative medicine.

Wags and Licks,
Mollie Jo & Bobo
*Bee photos are from Morgue File website.

  17. Wow, you have lots of information on those bees, Mollie Jo. I'm glad I read your message because I'd probably want to chase and swallow those bees, but maybe that's not a good idea.

By the way, my persuasive look usually works unless Mom is super busy and concentrating on her computer. Then I have to start whining (hee hee)

  20. Hi,

We love your new bee background. My mom loves honey bees too. Sadly we don't see as many as we used to. Mom read that honey bees are in danger. A virus or somethin is killing them. That's not good cause then there will be NO honey!

    Bijou
