Last week when I had to go to the vet for my tummy troubles we saw a flyer advertising a Pet Health Fair.
We're off to the Vet Clinic again! Dr. Flanary was hosting a Health Fair and offering discount vaccines, free heartworm tests, and free fecel exams.
As we walked up we saw a pretty red box.
We put our names in the drawing to win a year supply of Heartguard or Frontline.
Then we met Martha and Baily's US Cousins.
Then we had to wait.
Then we had to wait.
There were tons of doggies and kitties attending the Health Fair.
They put us in the room decorated with the barnyard animals.
Look at this pretty Poodle...His name is Buddy!
Uncle Puppy had a crush on this lil cutie! He was pawing at her and talking to her.
They put us in the room decorated with the barnyard animals.
After seeing the above picture Uncle Puppy asked if he was a goat. No silly puppy your a cockapoo!
We got fecel exams and are free of any wormies.
We got blood drawn for our heartworm tests. Once the tests finished the results were negative! I guess the Iverheart Max is working.
After they took my bloods I got a pretty pink bandaid. Momma had the tech pull extra blood from Bobo to do the pre-op blood panel that is required for his teeth cleaning. For that they had to pull the blood from his neck. Grandma had to leave the room while they drew his blood.
Since Uncle Puppy is a...well...a puppy he got a free dose of Frontline and a free Heartguard pill.
He also got Bitsy Bucks and a special discount on his N-E-U-T-E-R.
Bobos pre-op blood work came out good! For being such good doggies we got two free Heart Guard pills.
I think there are some lean treats in here.
Note: After having his blood drawn grandma let Bobo take off his collar and leash and go NAKED and right there in the vets office! She wouldn't have normally done this but felt bad after having blood drawn from his neck.
On the way home we all piled in the doggie bed and napped!
Whew! What a weekend! We will be getting caught up on all your posts tomorrow. Have a great weekend!
