Guess all the inhabitants grew up and flew away. Mom is always amazed at the intricacy of a bird's nest making. They sure can do wonders with their feet and beaks.
What an interesting treasure!!! We sometimes find stuff like that in our yard because we live out in the country too. We REALLY love your collars....do you have a special store where you get your special collars?? Hope you are havin' fun this weekend!! xoxoxox Chloe and LadyBug
That is a special treasure! My mom collects bird nests. Yesterday she found a tiny wren nest at work. The wind blowed it out of the tree. Sadly this one had a broken egg inside.
Do you know what kind of bird made the nest you found?
Gosh, that IS a treasure! I'm glad no birdies were broken. Are you going to keep it?
