A Bone-a-fide Book Review

Welcome furiends to the first Bone-a-fide book review on Dog Eared!

The book we are reviewing is "Don't Dump the Dog" by Randy Grim of Stray Rescue.

Now we purchased this book while at the Pet Expo in Missouri. Momma and I read this in a matter of 2 sittings cause we just couldn't put it down. We laughed and cried and had a grand time reading it. This book features real letter and calls that Randy has received over the years of why people want "dump" their dogs. We loved reading the letter Randy wanted to send back to the "dumpers". Each chapter begins with the reason why a dog is being returned or surrendered to Stray Rescue. Then he tells of his experience and finally tells the reader how they can stop the unwanted behavior. This is self help book with a lot of comedy and real life stories thrown in for fun.

We give this book a grade A and highly recommend this book to any dog lover, reguardless if you have a problem pooch or not.

To order your own copy or to order one for a furiend, it is close to the howliday giving season you know, visit the Stray Rescue website HERE.

Next Firday we have another review fur you so please come back.

Mollie Jo

  7. This sounds like a great book. A dog book that hopefully will make me laugh instead of sob. Thanks for the recommendation! I think I'm going to have a lot of books on my Christmas list this year.
