Feathered Friday and Pupdates

With Spring in the air we are seeing more of our feathered furends!

Here are a couple shots from outside Doggy Nanny's back door.

Thats one big bird.

When we went to see Joey last week we saw a vulture sitting on a fence post. We tried to get a pic but he flew off before we could get one. Once we got home we realized that momma did get one shot...Here it is:

Now how cool is that? He has a mighty wing span!

Now this weekend is going to be a BIG one for our fosters! Mrs Kay (Charlies foster momma) called our Momma yesterday and said "Is Charlie still available for adoption?" Momma said "Yes he is" Mrs Kay said "Good because we want to adopt him" I guess Mrs Kay just couldn't live without him. And really how can you resist that face. I kinda even like him a little bit. But don't tell him that!

And for Betty news we had a fabulous over the phone application. Vet check went grrrreat! So we have a home visit for her tomorrow morning. And as long as that goes well she will be officially adopted. Before momma told this person about Betty she said that she wants a barker, lapdog and a walking buddy. Boy oh Boy that just describes perfectly!

Cross your paws that all works out tomorrow for the fosters!

Wags and Licks,
Mollie Jo

Pee Ess: If the rain holds out we get to go on a doggie Easter egg hunt tomorrow. Yipee!!!

  2. Teehee. We had a feeling Charlie was going to be a 'failed' foster! ;-) Sleeping next to his foster Mom at night was a pretty good clue she had already mentally adopted him! Paws crossed that Betty find her perfect home! I'm so proud of you guys and all the good work you are doing!
