Dog Eared Day Care and an Update on Snicker Doodle

Chewy and Lilibell pointed out in a comment that we had totally forgotten to pupdate on Snicker Doodle. When we last blogged about him he had been returned twice and was going on his 3rd home trial. Well three weeks later things are working out and his family LOVES him. They report he is still healthy and he has long chocolate legs. They said they will send pictures so we will share them when they do.

--------------

Well today was our first day as doggie nannies. Maggie arrived at 7:30 when her foster mom (our Doggy Nanny) had to leave for work.

For a while she just slept.

Then momma fixed her breakfast and we took her outside and she found a leaf to play with.

Then she got an idea in her head.

As we can see once momma moves, that Maggie has her eye on us.

In an instant she ran over to us.

She left some pee mail.

When we went inside momma had to make her lunch and put Maggie in her playpen. She was not happy and tried to eat her way out. It didn't work.

After a few minutes she was fast asleep.

After having her for one day...We think that she is a Cocker Spaniel/Husky mix. We came to this conclusion after hearing her Woo. She sounds just like our friends at the Army of 4. We will post a video soon...Blogger would not work for us today.
*Disclaimer from the mom: I highly doubt she is part husky...but she does have a nice loud howl.

  1. She can woo??? Must be husky in there somewhere. Ciara has quite the woo - it is actually quite annoying to us.
