Road Trip to St. Charles, MO Pt. 1/6

We headed out on the highway furry early! Lets go WEST!

After about 4763 hours on the road we stopped to get gas and take a potty break. Where exactly are we at?

Ok-aw-ville

There was a furry cool restarunt at this exit....

....but they didn't allow pups so we passed. Doesn't the outside look like a barn?

Once we got back on the interstate we napped for about 645325 hours then we arrived in Missouri!

And hit the St. Louis City limits!

We got to see the St. Louis Arches....

...and a furry cool bridge!

We drove right beside Busch Stadium!

OH MY DOG they have some tall buildings.

They have some round ones too.

We knew we had officially come to a BIG city when we saw a Jaguar car dealer!

Even though its not a Jaguar we think this car was way cool! JELLY BELLY

As we got off the highway we saw tons of these signs....

Right across the street from our hotel there is a furry nice casino with lots of bright lights.

Finally we got to America's Best Value Inn in St. Charles. We checked the Pee-mail and there was lotsa fun stuff to sniff!

This is inside our hotel. If you look real close you can see us in the behind the door. BOL

Waiting on the elevator....

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH The floor is moving! We hate these horrible things!!!!

Thank dog we went pee before heading inside or oh no! Anyhoo...our room is this way....

There it is room 222.

Lilac was in charge of keeping up with the keys.

These beds are furry comfy!

Now lets get the toys out and PLAY!!!

When we left to go pick up some dinner for momma and grandma we saw that some people at the Bass pro Shop next door were selling kettle corn and stopped and got some.

Now how to wrestle the bag away from momma and get the kettle corn in my belly?!?!?

Here is a movie of us as were were heading out of the hotel and having to face the hidious elevator!

Whew that was a big post. Now momma took 550 photos during our weekend in Missouri so we decided to divide all the pics up into categories and will spread the posts out over the week...Plus we didn't want blogger to crash while trying to upload ones we wanted to share. So everyday there will be more exciting posts with lotsa photos of our grand adventure!!!

  3. We don't think we would like that elevator either. We have a Hen House here too but it is a grocery store. We can't wait to see more of your trip. Too bad you aren't coming a little farther west to the KC area.

  4. We're impressed - you managed to make Missouri look interesting! ;-) Heehee. Mom spent a few years as a very wee pup in Kansas City, MO, and I went to Kansas for a car race, and um, no offense, but... you guys definitely make the mid-west more interesting!!!
