Ok so yesterday we were just out taking our daily walk. No big deal right?!?! Well all of a sudden I saw something....
OH MY DOG! An armadillo! Can you believe it? I thought those were in Texas and Oklahoma not Ken-tuck-EE. Poor lil guy already crossed the rainbow bridge by the time we got to him but it was neat to see something exotic here on our road.
Now being the cRaCkEr dog that Uncle Puppy is we couldn't get hold of him quick enough and well he started playing with the lil critter.

Wow its a good thing that Uncle Puppy decided not to bring that Army Dilly home for the pawrents dinner! They just found out that Army Dillys is the only other warm blooded creature besides hoomans that carries the dreded Leprosy!

Oh poor little Armadillo. It is weird that you saw one because mom saw something about an Armadillo up in Illinois in the paper some time this week - so apparently they are heading north. And since we are even north of you, well, that is apparently the truth!

HOLY GWALK A MOLEY !!!! I had NO IDEA that they could survive this far north... WELL, now that I think about it.. that one didn't did he. Poor thingy. I would LOVE to see and esp. TOUCH one.
