Howlo'ween in the Park

A Local group called Missing Bella hosted an event called Howlo'ween in the park. They had an adoption event, silent auction, and costume contest.

We visited the adoptable dogs.

Checked out the silent auction.

Oh wait...Momma look the judges are getting together....Lets get me dressed and ready for the contest!!!!

See the boxer in the pink? That is Winnie and her mommy is Holly O'Neal. Holly is Charlie's (our former foster) sister. How cool is that!

Now for the parade of pups!

A Painting westie

And of course me, Mollie Jo AKA Chiquita!

We didn't win but had a BLAST!

Grandma got his cook book from Project Hope, a local no kill rescue.

I wasn't much interested until I saw this page. YUMMY! Momma said we could get the ingredients for the Frosty Paws meat version. YIPEE!

Now it's nap time. Night!

Saturday's Adventure in Clarksville

Well you know we love adventures but sometimes adventures can go awry! This little orange fellow by me is Mini Mango. He was a birthday present from grandma.

As we arrived in Clarksville I slipped into my "Witch and Famous" dress!!! First stop was Pet Food Center.

Here is where things started going awry. Grandma didn't give me enough time to go potty outside before we went into the store and I kinda had a little potty accident. Oops! Grandma said she almost dropped the leash and ran. BOL! But after there was a clean up on asile 2 we hit the toy dept.

As we were on our way out we spotted something on the cat food aisle...

...Its a kitty!

After Pet food center we went to Target, and this was in their parking lot. Its a big inflatable building filled with halloween costumes. Cool milk bones!

Look at this. Its an Uncle Puppy sized Rudolph! Grandma decided he was perfect to sit by the tree this Christmas.

In search of dog tag machines momma went in Walmart and found all these cute outfits. But guess what?!!? They were all on sale and the last Mediums left. $4.00 each. Can't beat that deal!!!

Then things went more awry! Momma called Pet Palace, who was hosting a doggie pageant, to check the time and guess what...They canceled it cause no one signed up. Well duh you didn't put it on Facebook or your website how were people supposed to know?!?!?! We gave them a good talking too over the phone. So we decided to go to Petsmarts pawty. Yes I know you are all saying "last year you swore you would never set paw in a petsmart pawty again" but we had costumes and we were in a different city so we though we would give them another chance. Hmmm...

We arrived ready to pawty...

...Got into our costumes...

I was the Queen of Hearts!

*TWIRL*

Treat Please!

There were lots of grrrrreat costumes...

The grape won 3rd.

The dyed dinosaur won 2nd.

And the very authentic pirate won 1st.

They did an pretty good job of judging at Clarksville.

Our beef was with the picture process, every picture we saw was horrible and then 2 people before us they ran out of frames. We waited in line for 2 hours and they run out. But I sent them an email they said sorry and said they would send us a frame free of charge. So we are forgiving pups.

So that was our "adventure in Clarksville"!!!!
