Dr. Flanary's Howl-O-Ween Paw-ty

A rabies clinic...

...A microchip clinic...

...Pet-I-Cures...

....Refreshments...

...A quilt raffle...

...Yep all the signs of a Howl-o-ween pawty!

Least we forget all the canine and human guests!!!

After we got set up the rescue Creatures Great and Small came to set up a booth and needed a puppy sitter. Of course grandma volunteered. Its Ellie (Black and Tan) and Willie (red), they are owner surrendered dachshunds looking for a new family.

Lilac decided that she should men...err..hold down the raffle while I...

...sniffed through my goodie bag....OOH nummies!

Meanwhile Creatures got their booth set up and Willie and Ellie were ready to hand out business cards!

Grandma got some goodies including these chocolate critters!

Now we bring you a photo parade of doggies. Enjoy!

We were a bit worried about the competition when we saw the lederhosen clad boys!

Don't we already a picture of this dog? Hmm could it be that its a Maltese and ya know momma has a soft spot fur them!

Then Dogtor Flanary and Fancy Foo Foo took center stage and announced it was time for the costume contest.

Eeek! Grandma did a fabulous job of "doctoring" up Bobo. Its part of his costume.

Thats right for a Howl-o-ween paw-ty at Flanary vet Clinic me dressed as a Dogtor (grandma), Nurse (Mollie Jo), and Patient (Bobo). Ironic, yes. Brilliant, of course. Award winning, we hope!

Time to show our stuff! *TWIRL*

Another view

Then we did a quick change for our trick contest.

I'm ready Grandma!

Hula Hoop twirling clown!!!

Tricky poodle did sit, down, high paw!

Willie was an expert toy chaser!

We won two more titles this weekend. Best Costume and Best Trick!

Official photos!

Treats, leashes, and food. Grrreat!

We looked inside the envelopes and were super surprised. 2-6 month supply of comfortis, 2-6 month supply of Frontline and 2-Bubble bath/Spa Days.

After all the contests Miss Fancy Showed off her Tutu and...

...helped picked the quilt winner!

Once we hit the car we were out like lights!

As our iphone updates say:
We came. We twirled. We Won. We're done!

I Met an Officer of the Law

We had gone to Hucks to get gas over the weekend and never expected to have such an exciting time!!! We pulled up to pump 3 and one pump over was a real life Police Man!

I have always wanted to meet a Police Man so Grandma got our and asked if he liked dogs and would hold me for a picture. He said he would love to!

YIPEE!!!

So here is my official picture with Mr. Police Man. He was furry nice and rubbed my head! I did tell him bouts Debbie and her unfortunate "accident" with that rogue cockapoo. He said there aren't many laws to protected the stuffed furiends. Hmm Anyhoo I did enjoy getting to be held by the Police man and having my picture taken. It was soo much fun!!!

After that I had grandma pick up some doughnuts. For some strange reason I had a craving for them!
