Trip to the Vet and HOT PANTS

Yesterday momma and grandma took all 6 of us with them to the vet. We had Bobo going for his yearly shots, Joey getting micro-chipped and his neuter stitches checked, Charlie being checked in for his neuter, and Betty getting checked to see if she was in fact in heat. I only went cause I love going bye bye and momma can't stand being away from me and grandma couldn't leave Uncle Puppy home alone. Dogforbid!

Well we have had alot of rain lately and well of course yesterday morning it flooded our road out so we had to go the LONG way and ended up being late. But Dogtor Flanary is used to that, sadly we are late alot. We try but ya know when you have 2-6 dogs things happen!

20 minutes late but we made it. I debuted my St. Patty's Day dress! It was a big hit.

Grandma had the boys and Uncle Puppy. As you can see Charles was going nuts trying to get to Betty....

...Thats because she was in fact in heat. Oh joy! Charles and Betty kept trying to get together and have a little *FUN* in the waiting room.

Then we all piled into the exam room. They took Charlie before we could get a group shot but here are all 5 of us.

Then they stole Brothers bloods for a heartworm test. He was NEGATIVE!!! And you will notice that Dogtor Flanary made sure to color coordinate the bandage to his collar leash harness set!

Then Brother hid behind grandma.

But at last he had to go back up to get his exam, fecel and shots. Dogtor Flanary said its about time to schedule another dental for Brother. She used the new pink tartar light on him and everything.

I think I will sit in the corner before they decided to do something to me!

Brother you are all done till next year! Yipee!

As we bolted out of the room like our tails were on FIRE walked ever so nicely out of the exam room we were greeted by this cute lil pup. Uncle Puppy of course made friends real quick!

After the vet momma dropped us all at home and then headed to town to get groceries and some HOT PANTS for Betty. Look at the fashionable colors they had.

Fiona and Abby's mom this ones for you. Its a mini Abby!

Betty wasn't keen on modeling the HOT PANTS so of course I did.

Once momma got back home we ate dinner under the shade tree and went for walkies. The neighbor human kids even came to play with us!

Now Betty has to wait 4 weeks till she can get her much needed dental and spay. So she will be quite a regular on the blog. Joey and Charlie are ready now we just need to find them some pawrents.

Fashion Friday: Petsmart Edition

Its Friday and today is Fashion Friday!

As Fashion Director of Blogville I must uphold my title and bring you the latest fashion news. I brought my trusty Fashion Assistant with me to help me with my findings at Petsmart.

Wordy tees for boy or girl dogs are quite the popular choice. Many of our blog furiends would look dashing in either of these choices. Yes I highly recommend purple for both girls and boys. Its viewed as a Royal color and who doesn't like to be ROYAL!

Although I think this wordy tee will be more popular cause you all know how much fun it is to do things we aren't supposed to and why not brag about it!

A Tutu is a must for every girls closet. This great two-toned tutu will look great with any collar you own and will dazzle at any pawty. They are going fast as this is the only one left in Paducah, Ky.

Now the other big trend for girls this season is Princess-wear! I love the faux double layer of this shirt. Its fashionable with out being too warm.

If you like to be less vocal about your Princess status you may opt for this purple tank with silver crown decor. Simple and sweet!

For the boys this wordy tee would be a great ice-breaker at the dog park. Great spring colors with a great message!

One up and coming trend that has NEVER been seen before in the dog-wear is the graphic tee/tanks. They are stylish and fun!

Lets hit the next asile!

Now that most dogs have more than one collar in their pawssesion a Tagnabbit would be the perfect accessory. It allows you to place all your tags on one clip that can easily be switched between collars. Making changing your style easy for your humans. Plus a price point of $3.99 is nothing to bark at.

Spring is the time most pups are heading back outside to events and the dog parks after a long dreaded winter. A must have for all dogs is a poop bag dispenser. In the past they used to be so drab and available in very limited colors (usually blue or black) but not any more. Spring has sprung and so have the colored and fashionable bag dispensers. Many options are available that look range from the basic round in a rainbow of colors to tiny purses but our favorite and most fashionable were these heavy duty (no pun intended) dispensers which are available in bone and heart shape. You can pick the one that matches your leash!

Whats even better is they are making the bags in a rainbow of fashionable colors too!

If you follow these trends you will be the most fashionable doggie in the dog park!
