Well yesterday we set out on another adventure.
First we had to stop for gas.
They had a huge sale and I got a pink ferret ($2), a tennis dress ($5) and a pink bakery style dipped bone ($0.50). Who Hoo! I love hitting the sales!
Then we got the call the volunteer had arrived at the meeting spot. So we headed to the Shell station. We were met with some stinky dogs!
...and gave them some lovin'.
Poor Molly was in horrible shape. Long toenails, blind, and deaf. She didn't need the stress of travel. Please give these girls the Power of the Paw so they will be safe!
This morning we got news that their transport was canceled and being that momma has no car during the week we are not able to get them into boarding so another local volunteer agreed to keep them today and get them into boarding this week. They hopefully will be heading out mid-week or next weekend.
As we packed up and headed out to the car we noticed something...
Ya'll certainly was buuuuuusy!
ReplyDeleteHehehehe...I thoughts you got a real ferret...hehehehe!
I sure hope everything works out withs da pups ya'll is transporting...dat Molly pulled my heart strings.

What dreary weather for a transport! We are keeping our paws crossed for sweet Molly.....I know her appreciates all you guys did fur her!
ReplyDeleteOooh. We hope Molly gets a nice, stress-free home soon! We like Olivia with bed-head! Heehee! We wish we had some of your snow - it's almost 50 degrees here! (This is NOT a good thing; it's winter - we are supposed to get snow - not mashed potatoes!)

SNOW! EEEEEE! Hey, I am thinking of those wee little stinky pups. I hope they find a furever home.
ReplyDeleteSlobbers,

Those poor pups! Hope their luck improves soon, they certainly deserve a break! We've got LOTS of snow here, it just keeps coming, a foot on the ground now since last night! Not so fun to go out in, but at least it gave mom a snow day so we could catch up with our blog buddies!
