Crossed Paws Guest Speaker Charlie

Hello Bloggers! I was quite honored when Mollie Jo and Bobo asked me to speak about Crossed Paws and how it helped me. After my rescue and adoption in 2011 I was diagnosed with a Legg–Calvé–Perthes syndrome. And when Crossed Paws heard about my surgery they agreed to help my family pay for my surgery. I was so happy and so were my new pawrents. Through a raffle and other fun activities such as a dunk tank the great dogs and pawrents of blogville raised many green papers fur me surgery bill. Now things are settling down here at the ol' homestead. My leg is getting better and I am walking with much less pain. It meant so much to see how the bloggers put their paws together to help me. Now I have a home, a new hip and a happy life!!!

    It was a great pleasure to help you with your surgery. We at Crossed Paws are so happy that your new life was made easier by our wonderful furends in Blogville.
    I hope that many many of us go to buy Slurps and Sand-Script messages today and tomorrow so that we can help Gracie Lynn with her surgery bills too.
