Vick Reinstated into the NFL

Momma was watching TV and we over heard that Michael Vick wasn't reinstated into the NFL (if a team should want him). When things first went down and the dog fighting ring was busted alot of fans were anti Vick and sponsers pulled his ads out. Now some opinions are that he served his time and took his punishment so let him back in.

Personally we feel that they should not allow him back. To my faithful readers what are your thoughts? Do you think he should be let back in to the NFL? Comment or Post on your blog Why or Why Not and explain. We want to hear what you think about this subject.

I don't think so for many reasons. I don't believe he was ever truly sorry for what he did. When you are a pro athlete, little kids look up to you, what kind of an example would he be? I don't know if a team would want the kind of publicity that he would bring.

  6. Not a chance. What message does that send to our kids? He's not sorry anyway. Even if he was, he doesn't deserve to make the money he did before.

  7. Absolutely NOT! Let's organize to boycott any sponsor of the team he joins--or the commercials they run during his games. It's the only way the message will MAYBE hit the NFL when we make it about the $$$$$.
Also, I hope the show Dogtown puts back on air what they had to do with his dogs to help them.
So mad at NFL the wusses,

  8. We, for three, think that the punishment DID NOT fit the crime. We feel there should be harsher punishment for crimes against animals, especially dog fighting and animal cruelty. So, we do not think he should be reinstated. He needs to learn that what he did was wrong and suffer the life consequences that follow with being such a terrible human being (if you can even call him that).
